Satisfy your cravings with a bespoke cake-making workshop by Cupcake Avenue

There’s just one criteria you need to fulfil when it comes to your hen party – it must be fun! Of course lots of activities fit the bill, but not all of them can boast involving edible glitter, frilly knickers and learning a life skill. Welcome to Cupcake Avenue’s fabulous Hen Party Cake Workshops. You and the girls will learn how to decorate dainty cupcakes just like a professional, picking up techniques from colouring buttercream to how to make sparkling sprinkles from cutters. The results? Alpa Patel, Managing Director of the cake specialists admits: ‘It’s a hen do so there’s always room to be a bit naughty! We’ve had girls make iced frilly knickers and even hand cuffs!’ If that makes you blush then traditional glitter topped floral cakes are always an option. Alpa reveals: ‘At one hen party the girls opted for Sex and the City themed workshop where the cupcakes were decorated with little handbags, shoes and dresses.’

You can choose your sponge flavour, state your dietary requirements and of course dress up and add your own soundtrack for the perfect party atmosphere.

Sessions take place at hotels and venues all across London and last two hours. Each participant take home six cakes in a box ….though of course they may not last until then!
