Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, anniversary or just want to spend some quality time with your loved one, a short break is the perfect way to  rejuvenate yourself and nowhere offers a more romantic couple’s retreat than the city of love; Paris.
From intimate arm-in-arm strolls along the quaint River Seine, taking in the breaktaking views from the top of the Eiffel Tower, to sharing long indulgent lunches together, whatever you have in mind, to get the most out of your stay, you need a prime location, like The Marriot Champ-Elysees.
The only five star hotel located on the prestigious and historic Champ-Elysees, and recently voted as one of the top hotels in France, it’s the perfect base to explore and enjoy everything this extraordinary city has to offer, while remaining cosy enough to feel like you’re a VIP.

Your visit begins with a warm welcome, and if you’re celebrating a special occasion, inform the staff in advance who will arrange for champagne, fresh flowers and delicious macaroons to be waiting in your bedroom. There are 172 rooms and spaceous suites split over seven floors offering exquisite views of Paris’s most famous sights, all of which are within walking distance.

The hotel is just a short walk from the Arc de Triomphe, Louvre Museum and the Eiffel Tower, one of the most stunning landmarks in the world.
During the day, be sure to climb to the top, then return at night to witness the famous glittering lights. You’ll also be in close proximity to the main Paris shopping district where you’ll discover elegant boutiques and luxury stores like Cartier - just in case you’re still on the look out for your bridal jewels!

Back at the hotel there’s a 24 hour gym and a fantastic restarant where you can sample classic French cuisine. The menu at Le Restaurant includes the special Marriot Champ Elysees salad made from crabmeat, smoked salmon, asparagus and poached egg. For mains opt for a classic steak or choice of fish dishes before indulging in tempting sweet treats such as lemon flavoured angel hair filo pastrey and velvety vanilla creme brulee.

In the mornings you can enjoy a buffet breakfast and in the evening sip refreshing cocktails. A recent addition to the hotel is the Narguile Bar, an opulent space with Ottoman inspired decor. Located on a suspended, covered terrace, it overlooks a paved courtyard and is heated so it can be enjoyed all year round. Here you can enjoy sharing a traditional Turkish hookah and try flavoured tobaccos such as watermelon, grapes with mint and lemon. However you spend your weekend away, one thing’s for sure; you’ll never forget a trip to Paris, especially when you’re in the company of the love of your life.
