Crew injured on the set of Dabangg 2
The film set for the eagerly anticipated Dabangg 2 starring Salman Khan was damaged when a fire broke out on Saturday evening.
Witnesses believe the small blaze was due to a short circuit which injured three members of the crew, two of whom are still in a serious condition.
Salman who stars in the film alongside his brother Arbaaz (who also directs the movie), took the injured staff to Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai, close to the Mehboob film studio where the incident occurred. Salman transported one of them on his motorbike.
Dabangg was released in 2010 and to date is one of Salman's biggest movies, breaking several box office records, and named as an 'All Time Blockbuster'.
The sequel is expected to have a Christmas release, this year.
