Bipasha's Big Day

The Indian film industry came to a standstill on Saturday 30th April when A'lit actress Bipasha Basu (37) married her actor boyfriend Karan Singh Grover (34). The two met and fell in love on the sets of horror movie Alone. Bengali bombshell Bipasha opted for a stunning, traditional red and gold bridal outfit by Sabayasachi while her Punjabi groom wore an elegant white sherwani - the wedding combined elements of both their cultural heritages. The intimate ceremony took place in a Mumbai hotel then in the evening at a glamorous dinner party the film fraternity turned up in their masses to party with the newly weds, where Bipasha changed into a pretty white dress by Manish Malhotra.
The star-studded guest list included Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and her husband Abhishek, Salman Khan, Pretty Zinta, Sonar Kapoor, Ranbir Kapoor, Shah Rukh Khan, Amitabh Bachchan, Bobby Deol, Sushmita Sen and a host of other fashionistas.
Her wedding photos have been shared across social media by guests but our favourites include the shots from her pre-wedding mend where she wore a beautiful pink blossom and gold lengha with a pink floral headers, that wouldn't look out of place at a music festival.
That wasn't the only hip touch, Karan turned up as the wedding on a segway, rather than a horse!

Bringing the fun back into weddings the pair have shared their love story over the last few weeks on their Instagram feeds and it's allowed fans for the first time to feel involved in a celebrity wedding - we thank you Bips and Karan for not getting all precious over the snaps!

The team at Asiana wish you a very happy life together and look forward to you starring in more movies.
