Delivery


1. Is delivery secure?
We ship UK orders via DPD and Royal Mail First Class recorded delivery to ensure secure and fast delivery.
2. How long does delivery take?
All items ordered before 12 p.m will be posted within 24 hours once the order is confirmed. Delivery will usually take 1-6 working days from date of posting (dependent upon the delivery service chosen), but may take longer if circumstances beyond our control disrupt postal services.
3. Do you offer Next day Delivery?
We currently do not offer Next day delivery.
4. Can I use a different address for delivery other than the card address I used to pay?
Yes, you can specify an alternative delivery address to us during Checkout, however additional security checks will be required.
5. How much does delivery cost?
There is a delivery charge of £3.99 per order for UK orders. We currently ship to UK only.
6. What is a working day?
Working days are Mondays to Fridays, excluding bank holidays and public holidays.
7. Can you deliver overseas?
Yes, we can deliver to a number of overseas countries. Please contact us directly prior to placing your order so that we can confirm that delivery is possible, the estimated time for delivery and what the shipping cost will be.
8. What happens if I’m not in?
Royal Mail will leave a while you were out card when they have tried to deliver an item that was too big for your letterbox, or you’ve been sent an item that you need to sign for.  In this scenario you can rearrange a delivery with Royal Mail (providing 48 hours notice for redelivery) or collect the item from the Delivery Office on the card.
Please Note that the parcel will be held for a maximum of 10 working days, before being returned back to us.
9. Can I leave special instructions for delivery?
We will try to accommodate special delivery instructions were possible, but please note we cannot guarantee this.
10. How do I track the status of my order/confirm it has been shipped?
Please log into the ‘My Account’ area of the Website to see the latest status for your order. *
11. Can I pick up/return goods in person?
No, items cannot be collected in person. Please see our Returns Policy for detailed information regarding returns.
12. What happens if I do not receive my order within 6 Working Days?
We will need to wait 15 working days for standard delivery services before being able to trace, replace or refund lost, missing or delayed items. 
If an item has not been delivered on time using the Next Day delivery service, then these can be queried after 24 hours.

How do I make a purchase on asiana.tv?

Shopping on asiana shop is easy and secure.

  1. Select an item When you find an item you want to purchase, click the ‘Add to Bag’ button. The item will be added to your ‘Shopping Bag’ this is found on the right of the page. *
  2. Paying for your item When you are ready to buy, click the ‘Checkout’ button in the Shopping Bag.
  3. Creating an account The first time you make a purchase with us you will need to register and create an account. The account will store your name, address and contact details. This only takes a couple of minutes to set up and is fully secure.
  4. Confirming your item and payment During the checkout process we will ask you to confirm the delivery address and show you the total cost of your purchase (please note, postage will be added where applicable). Once you have checked these details and clicked ‘Confirm’ you will need to complete the payment details and then you will have completed your purchase.

Can I pay via PayPal?
Unfortunately at this moment in time we do not accept PayPal payments.

What Cards do you accept?
At asiana.tv we accept Switch, Maestro, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron & American Express.

What happens to my card details once I have made a purchase?
At asiana.tv , we do not store any card details for your security. Once you input your details to complete an order, your details are processed securely by our approved card processing partner.

What do I do if I change my mind about a purchase?
If you change you mind about a purchase; please inform us as soon as possible by emailing shop@asiana.tv. In the email include a short note explaining the reason for the cancellation and whether you would like a refund or exchange. Be sure to include your name, address and order number in all correspondence. If your order has not been processed for delivery then either an exchange will be sent as requested or a full refund will be credited to your card with 24hours.
